Proposal Management Support

  • Reformation of the NASA Continuing Education Programs
    RR&S Associates wrote a $21 million/year proposal to restructure in-service training at NASA continuing education programs, which included about 176 communities of practice. In addition, RR&S Associates createdan 11-person team, its workspace and operational plan. The project helped change the capacity of NASA to explore space and continue reaching its goals and objectives in an era marked by private companies entering space exploration initiatives.
  • Drafting Transportation Policy in Pakistan
    Pakistan has long tried to create a National Transportation Policy. Despite multiple technical studies completed by global transport consultants, no policy was in place in the beginning of the 21st century. In 2008, an RR&S Associate drafted a successful proposal for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to devise a Pakistantransport policy. In two months a draft policy was created that covered all forms of transportation including water, air, roads, rail and ports in rural and urban areas
  • Implementing George Mason University’s Korea Campus in Song Doh, Korea
    Working with multiple stakeholders, including the Korean Ministry of Higher Education, RR&S Associates advised and assisted in the development of a U.S. university campus in Song Doh, Korea. Leveraging the experience of creating university campuses internationally, RR&S Associates developed and implemented a marketing plan to bring students not only from Korea but also from other Asian countries and on semester study visits from the U.S. Today the campus is operational.
