Proposal Management Support
RR&S Associates have extensive experience and a long track
record of successful proposal management, domestically and internationally. In
the U.S., RR&S Associates have secured many competitive proposals and
managed related research,
training and assistance activities with
considerable success. Some of the clients of this work are U.S. government
agencies including the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and National Institute of Mental
Health (NIMH), as well as local and regional agencies in the U.S. National
Capital Region, Indiana, Virginia, South Carolina, Texas, Illinois, and
Michigan. Internationally, RR&S Associates led evaluation and
training, and provided support for entrepreneurship
and innovation policy development in China (Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Jinan,
Shenzhen, Hong Kong and the broader Pearl River Delta); drafted national
transportation policy in Pakistan with a grant from the Asian Development bank
and assisted the Minister of Transportation in Saudi Arabia to develop its 20-
year transportation strategy. Advisory assistance has been provided to Korean
Electric Power Corporation in the proposal design for the Korean International
Nuclear Graduate School including its $400 million campus in Kori (Korea). An
RR&S Associate provided oversight on the physical construction and
management of a National Institutes of Health (NIH) supported grant of $53
million for a Level 3 Bio Sciences and Security laboratory at George Mason
University, one of only seven in the United States. It has been operational for
four years.
